26-075 RFP Kinetic Park Outdoor Mural

The St. Charles County Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking proposals for artistic services to paint a 1552 sq ft mural on a wood plastic composite fence facing the newly constructed pickleball courts/seating area at Kinetic Park. The project requires an emphasis on the quality of craftsmanship. Proposals must include artistic examples, project examples, artist's background, proposed schedule, and price elements. The contract will be awarded based on evaluation criteria, including artistic examples, project examples, artist's background, proposed schedule, and price elements. • The mural should reflect the park activities and amenities, the energy and audience of the park users, the Park Logo and colors. • The contractor is responsible for cleaning the surface prior to painting and for any damage to existing flooring, structure, or furnishings. • The contractor must provide all applicable insurance certificates and comply with federal and state employment/labor regulations. • The contract period is expected to be 25 days after the notice to proceed. • The county reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to terminate the contract at any time.
