Contract: Truck Cab and Chassis

The State of New Hampshire is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of new truck cabs and chassis. The contract term will be approximately three years, with the option to extend for an additional two years. The successful vendor will be required to provide a dedicated account representative and respond to client agency inquiries within 24 hours. The vendor will also be required to submit quarterly and annual usage reports. • The contract will commence upon approval of the Governor and Executive Council. • The vendor must have a completed Vendor Application Package on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property. • The vendor must be registered with the NH Secretary of State to conduct business in the State of New Hampshire. • The vendor must provide proof of comprehensive general liability insurance coverage. • The vendor must comply with all terms and conditions of the bid invitation and the resulting contract.
