Furnishing of Reclaimed Asphalt Aggregate Materials

The County of Maui is seeking bids for the furnishing of reclaimed asphalt aggregate materials for the Department of Public Works, Highways Division. The materials shall be made available for pickup within a 2-mile radius of Central Maui Baseyard within 30 days after notice to proceed. The minimum quantity of materials is 8,000 tons. The bid prices shall be valid from issuance of Notice to Proceed, to May 31, 2025. The bidder shall submit the completed offer form and questionnaire (if applicable) through the Public Purchase Website. • The bidder shall furnish reclaimed asphalt aggregate materials that meet the minimum specifications. • The bidder shall deliver the materials to the designated location. • The bidder shall provide the materials at the prices quoted on the successful bidder’s proposal. • The bidder shall enter into and execute a contract for the furnishing of items listed. • The bidder shall comply with the Special Provisions, Minimum Specifications, General Terms & Conditions, and this Offer Form.
