GSU - Custom Wall Signage

Georgia State University (GSU) is seeking qualified vendors to fabricate and install custom interior wall signage on five walls located on the third‑floor of the Student Center East campus building in downtown Atlanta. The work includes designing graphics, printing large‑format vinyl (calendered), applying a 3 mil UV gloss overlaminate, and installing the finished signs on painted sheetrock surfaces. Bidders must submit design drawings for GSU approval prior to production, meet all specification requirements, provide required insurance coverage, and comply with Georgia’s E‑Verify security immigration requirements. • Supply vinyl wall graphics sized from 144 in × 104 in up to 1,031.5 in × 104 in (total ≈ 1,750 sq ft). • Provide design review, high‑resolution raster files, and full installation services (including ladders, lifts, or scaffolding). • Comply with mandatory insurance limits (CGL $2 M aggregate, $1 M per occurrence, etc.) and submit the Contractor Affidavit (E‑Verify). • Submit a complete bid by the sealed‑until deadline (May 22, 2026 2:00 PM EDT) via the Jaggaer/Team Georgia Marketplace portal.
