Legal Services Related to Washington’s Residential Landlord Tenant Act (RLTA)

The Vancouver Housing Authority is seeking proposals for legal services related to Washington's Residential Landlord Tenant Act (RLTA). The selected proposer will provide legal services in connection with unlawful detainer actions under the RLTA. To be considered, proposers must have a strong understanding of the RLTA, common litigation issues in Clark County, Washington, fair housing laws, and subsidized housing programs. • The contract may be awarded to one or more proposers. • The VHA reserves the right to amend and modify this competitive solicitation. • Proposers must register with the agency before responding to the bid. • The VHA is looking for cost-effective, responsive, and responsible proposers.
