Description

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services is seeking a commercial real estate services firm to assist in marketing and selling the John H. Sununu Youth Services Center (SYSC) campus tract, a 151-acre property located in Manchester, New Hampshire. The successful respondent will be expected to market the property on a regional and national scale, solicit actionable purchase offers, and provide real estate consulting services. The property is being sold "as-is" and the State is looking for a firm with experience in marketing similar properties. Key responsibilities include identifying suitable buyers, preparing and distributing marketing materials, and negotiating the sale of the property. • The property is a historical State institutional campus with over 11 buildings, roadways, parking lots, utility infrastructure, and other improvements. • The property is located in the City of Manchester's North End neighborhood at 1056 River Road. • The property is being sold due to the construction of a new facility in Hampstead, New Hampshire, which is expected to be completed in the summer of 2026. • The State is looking for a firm with experience in marketing similar properties, including distressed or abandoned historical government, educational, medical, or industrial campus properties. • The successful respondent will be required to provide a comprehensive proposal, including a description of their experience, qualifications, and approach to marketing the property.
