The City of Hampton is soliciting qualified firms to co‑administer a cost‑share/grant program that assists residential property owners in implementing green infrastructure practices. The selected offeror will manage grant applications, coordinate technical assistance, ensure compliance with environmental standards, and report on program outcomes.
• Manage the full lifecycle of the residential green‑infrastructure grant program (application, award, monitoring).
• Provide technical guidance on storm‑water management, rain gardens, and other low‑impact development solutions.
• Track and report program metrics, ensuring cost‑share compliance and measurable environmental benefits.
