Monroe Welcome Center Janitorial

The State of Michigan Department of Transportation is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial, grounds, and snow services for the MDOT Monroe Welcome Center. The contractor will be responsible for performing various tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, and snow removal. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder who receives a PASS for each criterion and has the lowest price. • The proposal must include responses to vendor questions, schedule A, and schedule C - LSS. • The bidder must attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on August 12, 2026. • The bidder must submit their proposal electronically through the SIGMA VSS system by the deadline of August 20, 2026. • The State reserves the right to modify the RFP at any time and to disqualify bidders who do not follow the instructions.
