Municipal advisor

Hennepin County is seeking a municipal advisor to provide services for a five-year period commencing approximately May 2026. The selected firm(s) will provide services including preparing preliminary and final financing plans, attending meetings with staff and bond counsel, and recommending terms of each issue. The County is looking for a firm with experience serving as the primary municipal advisor to local, regional, or state governmental issuers within the past five years. The proposal should include a plan for performing services, experience and qualifications, and a demonstration of understanding of the scope of services. • The scope of services includes preparing financing plans, attending meetings, and recommending terms of each issue. • The County is looking for a firm with experience serving as the primary municipal advisor to local, regional, or state governmental issuers. • The proposal should include a plan for performing services, experience and qualifications, and a demonstration of understanding of the scope of services. • The County reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, and/or modify the RFP at any time. • The County will consider all material submitted by the Proposer to determine whether the Proposer’s offer is in compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in the RFP.
