Invitation for Bid - 103-26DS Laboratory Supplies

The County of Onslow is soliciting bids for various laboratory supplies. The purpose of this solicitation is to award a Term Contract to a vendor or multiple vendors for a period of six months. The contract will be effective September 1, 2026, through February 28, 2027. The Term Contract may be extended for an additional six-month period upon the same pricing, terms, and conditions, if agreeable by awarded vendors. • The contract will cover various laboratory supplies, including biological monitoring systems, blood collection and infusion sets, castille soap towelettes, and more. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidders, taking into consideration price, brand requested vs. offered, quality, suitability of the articles for the intended use, conformance to the specifications, time for delivery, and other factors deemed pertinent by the County. • The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in bids, and to accept any item in the quote. • Bids must be submitted on the forms provided and must include all required information, including pricing, product descriptions, and contact information.
