Dental Treatment Services for the Nevada Army National Guard

The Nevada Army National Guard (NVANG) requires dental treatment services at a local area dental office. The services include providing dental treatment to NVANG personnel in accordance with the performance work statement. The contract will be for a period of one year, from July 15, 2026, to July 14, 2027. The contractor must provide a technical approach, pricing sheet, and past performance references as part of their quotation. • The contractor must have a physical address where treatments will be performed. • The contractor must have provider credentials. • The contractor must have experience in managing individual treatment plans and cost management. • The contractor must have a system in place for scheduling and authorization procedures. • The contractor must be able to stay within the contract funded amount.
