The Department of State Hospitals (DSH‑Patton) is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive repair and maintenance services for date‑time‑stamp machines on an as‑needed basis. The contractor must supply all labor, parts, equipment, transportation, licenses, certifications, insurance, and qualified personnel to keep machines operational across the Patton forensic psychiatric hospital. Services include preventive maintenance, on‑site and off‑site repairs, parts replacement, and compliance with strict security, background‑check, and data‑privacy requirements. The contract runs from mid‑November 2026 through late June 2029, with monthly invoicing and a performance‑based award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• Provide preventive maintenance, on‑site repair, and off‑site repair (no extra charge) for Rapidprint, Simplex, Acroprint, Lathem, Amano, and any new machines.
• Supply all necessary licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, and qualified technicians (background‑checked, TB‑cleared).
• Comply with DSH security protocols, including badge access, PDAS tags, no photography, and immediate breach reporting.
• Submit itemized monthly invoices; rates are TBD, with preference discounts available for small‑business or DVBE participants.
• Contract term: 12 Nov 2026 – 30 Jun 2029 (approximately 31 months).
