The Closter Board of Education is seeking qualified firms to act as the district’s Broker of Record for medical and dental services. The selected broker will serve as the primary liaison between the school district and health‑service providers, handling procurement, contracting, compliance with New Jersey regulations, and ongoing enrollment, claims, and reporting support. • Act as central point of contact for all medical and dental service providers for the district’s students. • Manage procurement, contract execution, and compliance with NJ Administrative Code 6A:23A‑5.2(a)(5). • Provide enrollment assistance, claims processing, and periodic reporting to the Board. • Submit a full proposal package (one original + two copies) in a sealed envelope labeled “RFP – Broker of Record” by the deadline. • No electronic submission is accepted; proposals must be hand‑delivered or mailed to the district office.
