Radford University is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive photography services for its upcoming graduation ceremonies. The contract will cover event coverage, portrait sessions, post‑production editing, and delivery of both digital and printed media to graduates and the university. • Capture all ceremony moments, including stage, audience, and key speakers. • Provide individual portrait sessions for graduating students with optional background selections. • Edit, retouch, and produce high‑resolution digital files and printed photo products (e.g., diplomas, yearbooks, keepsake albums). • Deliver final media by the university‑specified deadline and comply with campus security and branding guidelines. • Offer a single point of contact for coordination, scheduling, and post‑event support.
