Price Agreement - Organic De-Icing Fluid

The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals for a price agreement for Organic De-Icing Fluid. The city is looking for a vendor to supply de-icing fluid for a period of approximately 6 months, with the option to renew. The vendor must be able to deliver the fluid within 24 hours of receipt of a telephone order, including weekends and holidays.
