Description
The Pennsylvania Game Commission is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure fifteen (15) Sig Sauer Rifles with accessories for Statewide Regional Office and HQ Office site security use. The rifles must meet specific requirements, including being a SIG MCX-SPEAR, 7.62 NATO, HYP, SBR, 13IN, COY, SEMI, TELE FOLD STOCK, AL MLOK HG, (3) 20 RD MAG. The bid also includes a suppressor and light. The award will be made to the lowest and responsible bidder.
• The rifles are for law enforcement use

• The bidder must be a Sig Sauer dealer/distributor authorized to sell to Pennsylvania Law Enforcement
• The bidder must have a Federal Firearms License (FFL) and a Pennsylvania Firearms License
• Payment will be made upon satisfactory delivery of all merchandise
