Auxiliary Catholic Priest BPA

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide auxiliary Catholic priest services at Hurlburt Field, Florida. The contractor will serve as the primary celebrant for the Hurlburt Catholic community at Catholic Masses, Sacramental celebrations, and other liturgical services. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. • The contractor must be a practicing and ordained minister of the Roman Catholic Church. • The contractor must provide proof of ordination and certification. • The contractor must demonstrate an understanding of the requirements and responsibilities outlined in the Statement of Work. • The contractor must provide a performance plan that meets the requirements of the Statement of Work.
