Sports Photography

The City of Nixa is seeking a vendor to provide sports photography services for the Parks and Recreation Department. The selected vendor will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos of various sports events and activities. The contract term will be for three years, with two additional one-year contract periods. The city encourages electronic submissions via their online bidding system. The evaluation criteria include experience in youth sports and event photography, photography packages offered, references, incentives package, and availability to meet schedules. • The city reserves the right to accept or refuse any or all bids. • The city highly encourages electronic submissions via their online bidding system. • The response deadline is 2/25/2026 10:00 AM (CT). • The question cut-off date is 2/12/2026 12:00 PM (CT). • The city requires the selected vendor to obtain a business license before any work begins. • The city utilizes Payment Works for vendor verification, and the selected vendor will be required to register with Payment Works.
