Print FY26-27 Budget & Financial Plan Book

The City of Edmond is seeking a supplier to print the FY26-27 Budget & Financial Plan Book. The book will have approximately 280 pages, including tabs and front/back covers, and will be spiral bound. The supplier will need to provide a quote for the printing services, including material, set-up, imprinting, and delivery. The City of Edmond uses a Mastercard purchasing card for order placement and payment, and suppliers who accept credit cards should anticipate that some or all orders may be paid using the purchasing card. • The book will have a front cover with 4/0 printing and bleeds, and a back cover with 0/0 printing. • The body of the book will be printed on 20# bond white stock, with approximately 195 inside pages printed in color. • The book will have 14 tabs, with clear laminate and mylar tabs. • The binding will be spiral, with a color to coordinate with the cover.
