The City of Superior, Wisconsin is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Fiber Phase 2 Construction Project. The work under this project generally consists of building the necessary components to create the high-speed Fiber-To-The-Premise (FTTP) Optical Network (XGS-PON) communications Network within the City’s defined service area and preparing it to deliver fiber-to-home services. The system shall be a fully operational high-speed communications network supporting Internet protocol technology and allowing users access to and from the Internet.
