Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $5,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is likely to be in the range of $1 million to $5 million per year, based on the size of the lease and the location of the property. The exact budget will depend on the terms of the lease and the location of the property. The government will evaluate proposals based on factors such as technical quality, offeror's qualifications and past performance, operations and maintenance plan, and socio-economic status, so the budget may be higher or lower depending on the quality of the proposals received.
