Description
Ramsey County’s Housing and Stability Department seeks a qualified professional service provider to deliver comprehensive, holistic solutions for families experiencing homelessness. The scope includes case management, emergency shelter services, housing placement, homelessness prevention, and safe housing consulting. The contractor will be expected to design, implement, and evaluate integrated service models that align with county goals and meet the needs of vulnerable families.
• Provide integrated case management and coordination across shelter, housing, and support services.
• Develop and execute strategies for emergency shelter provision, rapid rehousing, and long‑term housing stability.
• Deliver consulting on homelessness prevention, safe housing, and related program evaluation.
