After School Care East Knox

The Knox County Schools are seeking a vendor to provide after-school care services for East Knox County Elementary School. The services should include a program that meets or surpasses the qualifications set by the Board in its Policies and Procedures Manual and by the State Board of Education, State Department of Human Services, and any applicable law. The vendor must be a not-for-profit organization and provide proof of current not-for-profit status from the Federal Government. The vendor will be required to provide a copy of a current insurance certificate with Knox County named as an additional insured, evidence of current State of Tennessee license for East Knox Elementary School, resumes and certifications for employees, and a rate list for the upcoming school year. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for four additional years. • The vendor must provide a program that meets or surpasses the qualifications set by the Board and the State Department of Human Services. • The vendor must have a current not-for-profit status from the Federal Government. • The vendor must provide proof of insurance and a copy of the State of Tennessee license for East Knox Elementary School. • The vendor must provide resumes and certifications for employees. • The vendor must provide a rate list for the upcoming school year.
