The City of San Diego’s Public Utilities Department (EMTS Division) seeks a qualified laboratory to provide comprehensive analytical testing for drinking‑water, wastewater, recycled‑water, and ocean‑outfall programs. The work is organized into five distinct lots covering inorganic chemistry, metals & toxic elements, radionuclides, semi‑volatile organics, and volatile organics, with required certifications (CA ELAP, AzDHS) and strict turnaround‑time, surge‑capacity, and data‑delivery requirements.
