New Mexico Grown and Produced Food Products

Albuquerque Public Schools Food & Nutrition Services is seeking qualified New Mexico growers, ranchers, and producers to supply a broad range of locally‑grown fresh produce and NM‑origin meat products for its school‑meal programs and Farm‑to‑School initiatives. The contract is an indefinite‑quantity, not‑to‑exceed, one‑year agreement (July 1 2026 – June 30 2027) with monthly produce price updates and a 90‑day firm price period for meat, after which adjustments may be requested with market justification. Vendors must meet USDA grade standards, provide full traceability, deliver FOB destination to the APS warehouse, and comply with strict temperature, packaging, and inspection requirements. Preference points are awarded for submitting a Resident Preference Certificate.
