Steel and Other Metals - REBID

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is seeking bids for a master agreement to provide steel and other metals for use in fabrication of items to add to their fleet of vehicles and equipment. Vendors must attend a mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting and submit a product list/catalog identifying available metal types, sizes, and delivery pricing to be considered responsive. The contract will be for an initial period of one year, with the option to extend for four additional one-year periods. The vendor will be required to provide delivery cost per mile and allow for product pickup from their location. • The vendor must be able to provide various sizes and types of steel and other metals, including hot rolled flat bars, rectangle tubes, angles, and aluminum sheets. • The vendor must be able to deliver products to the KYTC Division of Equipment in Frankfort, Kentucky. • The vendor must be able to provide a product list/catalog of available products and delivery pricing. • The vendor must be able to provide delivery cost per mile. • The vendor must be able to allow for product pickup from their location.
