CSO: Pallet Rack and Secure Storage Design-Build for Existing Delaware Army National Guard Facility

The Delaware Army National Guard (DE ARNG) is seeking an innovative commercial design-build solution to furnish and install industrial-grade organizational storage systems, including fixed selective pallet racks, secure wire mesh partition cages, and heavy-duty static boltless steel shelving, in a newly constructed vacant storage building. The solution should optimize vertical cube utilization, enhance equipment security, and meet best practice storage and safety criteria. The project involves a non-mandatory site visit, followed by the submission of solution briefs, negotiation, evaluation, and award. The contract is expected to be a fixed-price FAR-based purchase order. Some key aspects of the project include: • Providing a fully engineered, code-compliant, and operational turnkey system solution • Promoting safety, ergonomics, and operational efficiency for Army National Guard personnel • Meeting military-grade equipment storage and accountability requirements • Delivering secure enclosures that meet AR 735-5 physical security requirements • Integrating shelving systems suitable for ergonomic manual loading • Complementing and leveraging the newly constructed building
