Yearly Contract for Hand Soap and Dispensers

The Lee's Summit R-7 School District is seeking bids for a yearly contract to supply hand soap and dispensers. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder whose proposal complies with all prescribed requirements. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities. • The contract term is one year • The District requires electronic submission of bids • Bidders must provide an experience statement listing satisfactory service of existing agreements • The District may request financial statements from bidders • The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri
