Hulse House Complex Upgrades

General Construction Contract D006653 Base Contract Summary: Overall project scope includes localized demolition at portions of the Hulse House and Main Barn, and full demolition of the Pig Barn and Shed. The Hulse House building scope of work includes the stabilization of the main floor and localized exterior repair including new gutters/downspouts, storm window repairs and exterior painting. The Main Barn building scope of work includes stabilization and structural repairs, replacement of exterior siding, replacement of the roof system, and window/door repairs. Estimated Range: $951,659.00 - $1,287,538.00 There will be a pre-bid meeting at 11:00 AM on August 27, 2026, located at 1368 Sound Avenue, Baiting Hollow, NY 11933. All Requests For Information (RFIs) are due by: 1:00 PM on September 25, 2026. RFIs received after this due date and time will not be processed. The completion date for this project is 365 Days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller’s Office.
