IT Audit Co-Sourcing Support

Cherokee Nation Businesses is seeking a seasoned IT audit firm to provide co‑sourcing support for its internal audit function. The engagement centers on developing a multi‑year IT audit universe, refining risk‑based audit plans, and overseeing/closing audit engagements. Work will be performed remotely with occasional in‑person meetings and will use the GRC platforms Optro and Auditboard. The contractor must submit rate cards for multiple senior‑level resources and hold a TERO certification for tribal preference. The effort is estimated at 500–750 hours over FY 27 (through 30 Sept 2027). • Deliver a multi‑year IT audit strategy and risk‑based planning framework. • Provide oversight, scoping, and closing‑level reviews of IT audit engagements. • Support the internal audit director with GRC tool (Optro/Auditboard) utilization and reporting. • Submit hourly rate cards for multiple qualified resources; TERO certification required. • Immediate start with work continuing through FY 27.
