End-User IT Outsourcing Services

The Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) is issuing a Request for Offer to establish one or more Master Cooperative Contracts for End‑User IT Outsourcing Services. Eligible vendors will provide a full suite of managed IT services—including help‑desk support, desktop and hardware management, software updates, IT asset management, network and cloud services, security, and user training—to state agencies, local governments, and other eligible public entities. The contract is indefinite‑quantity with no minimum purchase guarantees; DIR will charge a 0.75 % administrative fee on customer transactions.
