GSU - RFQ Replace Terminal Units, Clarkston Building CH, Ground, 1st, and 2nd Floors

The Georgia State University (GSU) is seeking qualified contractors to replace dual‑duct HVAC terminal units on the ground, first, and second floors of the Clarkston Campus CH Building, along with associated temperature sensors, ductwork, and control systems. The work must be performed after the spring semester ends, completed within 95 calendar days, and finished at least one week before the start of the fall term. Specific timing constraints apply to certain rooms, requiring after‑hours work or exclusion periods.
