Continuous Recruitment : Snow Plowing & Sanding Services

The City of Pawtucket is maintaining an open, continuous‑recruitment list of vendors to provide snow‑plowing (and optional sanding) services for the 2025‑2026 winter season. Vendors must supply their own trucks, operators, fuel, and maintenance; the City supplies sanding material when requested. The program runs from December 1 2025 through March 31 2026, with insurance required for the entire period and hourly rates that differ based on whether the vendor signs up before the early‑sign‑up deadline.
