WS2307730752-RFP Snow and Ice Removal Services

Prince George's County, Maryland is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive Snow and Ice Removal Services in support of the Department of Public Works and Transportation (DPW&T). The County intends to establish multiple contracts with experienced firms capable of furnishing qualified personnel, operators, equipment, supervision, and all necessary resources to support winter storm operations and maintain safe, passable roadways throughout the County during snow and ice events. • The services include snow plowing, anti-icing and deicing operations, salt and sand application, route patrol, emergency response support, snow hauling, and maintaining assigned roadways in a safe and passable condition throughout winter weather events. • Contractors must demonstrate operational readiness, maintain qualified personnel and equipment, comply with all County requirements, and support the County's commitment to maintaining safe transportation infrastructure during winter weather emergencies. • The selected contractor(s) shall furnish all labor, supervision, operators, vehicles, snowplows, spreaders, equipment, communication devices, materials, and incidentals necessary to support the County's snow and ice control operations.
