Dry Pool Chemicals

The City of Des Moines is soliciting quotes from qualified companies for the provision and delivery of various dry pool chemicals. The contract will commence on February 1, 2026, and end on January 31, 2027, with the option to extend for five additional one-year terms. The City reserves the right to award to multiple contractors if doing so is deemed to be in the best interest of the City. • The contract includes the delivery of various dry pool chemicals to multiple aquatic center/pool locations. • The City requires the provision of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all chemical-containing products. • The successful bidder must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any minor irregularities, deficiencies, and informalities. • The successful bidder will be required to provide insurance coverage and to indemnify the City against any claims or damages.
