The Jefferson Parish Purchasing Department is soliciting sealed bids for the design‑build construction of a new east‑to‑west U‑turn on West Esplanade Avenue near Edenborn Avenue (Project No. 2022‑017‑DR). The scope includes demolition of an existing canal crossing, installation of three 10’ × 7’ box culverts, concrete paving, utility crossings, signage, striping, and related incidental work.
