The Rockingham County Facilities Operations is soliciting proposals from qualified professionals to provide waste disposal services for various locations within the county. The proposal submission deadline is May 28, 2026, at 7:30 a.m. Eastern Time. The services required include waste removal and recycling for several locations, including: 1. Rockingham County Nursing Home 2. Rockingham County Maintenance Department 3. Administration Building 4. Facilities Operations 5. Wastewater Treatment Plant 6. Water Treatment Plant 7. Department of Corrections 8. Municipal Building The proposal should include: * Itemized pricing for a 1-year, 2-year, and 3-year contract * Details of the equipment and services to be provided * Information on temporary containers to be used when equipment is down * Average tonnage per month for each location * Insurance requirements, including professional liability, workers' compensation, comprehensive general liability, and motor vehicle insurance The proposal can be submitted in one of three ways: 1.
