Budget estimate

$20,000,000 – $50,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate, as it depends on various factors such as the proposed hotel concept, development budget, and capital structure. However, based on the information provided, it can be estimated that the total development cost for the hotel could be around $20-50 million, considering the average cost of building a hotel in the United States. The City of Garland may offer incentives such as land purchase or long-term land lease, potential infrastructure or utility upgrade participation, and economic development incentives, which could reduce the development cost. The annual revenue for the hotel could be around $10-20 million, based on the projected average daily rate and occupancy rate. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include: - The experience and qualifications of the development team - The proposed hotel concept and design approach - The market and financial information provided - The public participation request and return on investment analysis - The implementation and schedule proposed.
