Notice to Bidders and Newspaper Advertisement The State University of New York at Upstate Medical University will receive sealed bids for project number 151313/1598 SUNY titled SUNY Upstate Community Hospital Modular SPD – Phase 1 until 2:00 PM local time on October 13, 2026, at the Dr. Sarah Loguen Center, 650 South Salina Street, Room 2005, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 180 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. An optional pre-bid conference and project walk-through will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 10 AM with all contractors assembled at the project site at Upstate Community Hospital, 4900 Broad Road, Syracuse, NY 13215. Pursuant to State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k, this solicitation includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between the University and potential bidders during the procurement process. Failure to adhere to this provision may result in the disqualification under the NYS Procurement Lobbying Act. All questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be made formally and concurrently to the designated Contracting Staff, Project Manager and Consultant listed below. Contact made to other staff regarding this procurement may disqualify the firm and affect future procurements with government entities in the State of New York.
