RFP Maintenance and Repair Staff Augmentation Services

Texas Tech University is seeking qualified proposers to provide maintenance and repair staff augmentation services to support the university's growing and developing campus. The services include providing skilled, semi-skilled, and trade-specific personnel to supplement existing staff and ensure the timely completion of maintenance, repair, renovation, and operational support tasks. The proposer must be capable of supplying personnel in various trade and service categories, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, welding, and more. The contract will be for a term of four years, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms. • The proposer must provide a detailed compensation schedule for the services to be performed. • The proposer must submit a list of three applicable clients and contact information for whom similar services have been provided. • The proposer must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. • The proposer must provide proof of insurance, including commercial general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
