RSD Airmen Lodging Services

The Vermont Air National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide lodging services for its Regularly Scheduled Drill (RSD) airmen. The contractor will be required to provide fully furnished units with private bathrooms, and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining the lodging facility, providing 24/7 security measures, and ensuring that all services are performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance is from September 2025 to August 2026. • The contractor must provide non-smoking, fully furnished units with private bathrooms. • The contractor must maintain the lodging facility and provide 24/7 security measures. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide daily services, including cleaning and preventative maintenance. • The contractor must have a responsible representative available 24/7 to address guest needs or requests.
