Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award for Postal Meterage and Postage Services

The Marine Force Reserves New Orleans is seeking postal meterage and postage services to support 113 locations across the United States and Puerto Rico. The service will include leasing meterage equipment to properly process, report, and record mail in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. The period of performance for this contract is a 12-month base period and four 12-month option years. • The service must be provided in accordance with Title 39, U.S. Code, DoD Instruction 4525.6-M, OpNav Instruction 5118.7C, and Marine Corps Order 5110.4A. • The contractor must lease meterage equipment to the Marine Force Reserves New Orleans. • The contractor must provide postage and meterage services as depicted by the United States Postal Service 604c Quick Service guide. • Pitney Bowes Global Financial Services LLC is the only authorized provider of postage and meterage services.
