ADMINISTRATION BUILDING BASEMENT WEATHERPROOFING

The Cosumnes Community Services District is seeking qualified contractors to perform comprehensive weatherproofing and subsurface drainage work in the basement and crawl‑space areas of its Administration Building. The scope includes installing drainage systems, trench drains, and Zoeller sump pumps; removing and replacing concrete at stair landings and sidewalk sections; protecting existing utilities (including gas lines); handling plant removal and re‑planting; and restoring all disturbed surfaces to the district’s specifications. Bidders must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and related services, and must adhere to the contract documents and any addenda. • Install subsurface drainage and trench drain systems per design drawings. • Provide and install Zoeller 1/3‑HP or 1/2‑HP sump pumps. • Remove and replace concrete at two stair landings and any sidewalk panels as required. • Protect existing gas service lines and obtain a USA ticket before excavation. • Remove, relocate, or re‑plant vegetation impacted by excavation. • Perform all work in accordance with the NIB, contract documents, and addenda (including Addendum 1).
