The City of Covington is seeking qualified contractors to perform comprehensive storm‑drainage upgrades along Newton Drive. The work includes removal and replacement of four curb catch basins, a blind‑box junction, two concealed drainage access structures, approximately 208 linear feet of reinforced concrete pipe, full‑depth roadway and sidewalk concrete restoration, drainage ditch regrading, riprap placement, sod installation, and all associated traffic‑control, erosion‑control, and utility coordination.
