Cleaning Services – Montpelier Senior Activity Center

The City of Montpelier is seeking proposals from qualified cleaning service providers to perform custodial services at the Montpelier Senior Activity Center. The required services include cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, floors, and surfaces, as well as removing trash and recycling. The contractor will provide all labor, while the City will supply cleaning supplies and equipment. The contract is anticipated to be a one-year contract with the option to renew annually.
