Description
The North Dakota Department of Transportation is seeking a single‑source consultant with expertise in transportation law to analyze federal congressional activities, legislation, regulations, and rule‑making that affect highway and transportation funding. The consultant will produce reports, briefs, and memoranda that summarize and interpret federal actions, offering strategic advice to the Rural State Coalition and NDDOT. This non‑competitive purchase is intended for John A. DeVierno but allows other qualified vendors to submit proposals.
