Decals and Striping for City Vehicles and Equipment

The City of Baltimore is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, produce, and install decals and striping on a wide range of municipal vehicles and equipment (police, fire, public works, general services). The contract will be a single “requirements‑type” agreement covering design, custom graphics, rapid production (delivery within 5 business days), and on‑site installation (within 3 business days of request). Vendors must have prior experience with Baltimore or comparable agencies, possess the necessary equipment and personnel, and maintain a digital archive of all decals produced. The contract includes rights‑to‑use graphics in perpetuity for the city and may require installation at either the vendor’s location or a city facility.
