Graphic Design, Production and Installation Services

The City of Newport News is soliciting qualified firms to provide comprehensive graphic‑design, production, and installation services for municipal vehicles across multiple departments (General Services, Police, Sheriff, Parks & Recreation, Fire). The contract will be awarded on a one‑year base with up to four optional one‑year renewals, and may include design, vinyl‑wrap, decal, reflective and non‑reflective material production, as well as on‑site or off‑site installation.
