Budget estimate

$12,000 – $18,000

The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $12,000 to $18,000. However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount. The actual budget may vary depending on the scope of work, the contractor's performance, and other factors. The State reserves the right to award the contract to a single responder or to multiple responders, whichever is in the best interest of the State. This may impact the budget amount, as the State may choose to award the contract to a single responder for a higher amount or to multiple responders for lower amounts. The budget amount may also be influenced by the contractor's ability to provide additional services, such as recycling facilities or waste management consulting, which could increase the overall value of the contract.
