2026 Professional Services - Appraisers

The Township of Cherry Hill is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide appraiser services. The selected firm will be responsible for performing duties and functions related to municipal tax appeals and condemnation issues. The firm should have experience in the field of appraisal, particularly in municipal tax appeals and condemnation issues. The firm should also have a minimum of seven years of experience appraising real property within the County of Camden and a minimum of five years of experience in representing municipalities in matters before the County Board of Taxation and the New Jersey Tax Court. • The firm should hold a General Certifications License issued by the New Jersey State Real Estate Board. • The firm should have a minimum of seven years of experience appraising real property within the County of Camden. • The firm should have a minimum of five years of experience in representing municipalities in matters before the County Board of Taxation and the New Jersey Tax Court. • The firm should have demonstrable experience as an appraiser establishing values for the purpose of condemnation matters on behalf of municipal entities.
